Cancellation Policy

Due to our small size and the uniqueness of our cottages, cancellations affect us significantly and may leave us little time to re-book your cancelled reservation. There will be no charge if your reservation is cancelled at least 21 days prior to your arrival. For cancellations less than 21 days prior to arrival, for non-arrivals, and for early departures there will be no refunds regardless of reason UNLESS we are able to re-book the cottage--in which case, there will be a full refund. You are welcome to send someone in your place. Please consider our suggestion of acquiring trip insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen events. We do not give refunds in the event of airline cancellations, inclement weather, highway closures, natural disasters, or illness.
